Quick Answer: Where Do I Get AION 2?
AION 2 is free to play on Windows PC through two official channels: Steam (app 3393110) and NC's own PURPLE launcher. The global version is PC only — mobile exists only for the Korean and Taiwanese versions. A separate Founder's Pack listing on Steam is an optional purchase; the game itself requires no payment to download and play.
- Steam: free to play, Windows only, with Family Sharing supported.
- PURPLE launcher: NC's alternative client — same game, same servers.
- Founder's Pack: optional launch-window purchase (its early-access window ran September 30 – October 4, 2026).
- In-app purchases exist; the store categories flag them alongside multi-player, MMO, PvP and co-op tags.
Two clients, one account system: pick whichever launcher your friends use — the Steam community hub is the busier one.
